Production Process:
1. Drawing checking by engineers
2. Terminal confirmation with customer
3. Material purchase(SGS testing)
4. Arrange production(parts will be measured every two hours)
5. Update production for customers every two or three days
6. Part size full check(Machining finished)
7. Surface finsihed
8. Part size full check again(after surface finished)
9. Sent customer pictures and QC report
10. Package(After customer confirmation)
11. Arrange shipment(DHL, UPS, FedEx, Sea shipping…)
12. After-sale service(Ensure every part customer received is 100%
exactly)
